We accept all major credit cards, wire transfer, cashier’s check or money order. Personal checks are accepted from an issuing US bank. Deposits are only required when not paying by credit card.
What size are your temporary rentals?
You can choose from a one bedroom apartment to a fully furnished 5 bedroom residential home. A one bedroom apartment is approximately 500 square feet; a two bedroom apartment will average 700 square feet; a three bedroom apartment will average approximately 950 square feet; while a three bedroom town house will average between 1200 - 1500 square feet. Is Corporate Housing Associates pet friendly?
Yes. Corporate Housing Associates works with pet friendly properties as well as residential homes. There are of course certain guidelines and restrictions which depend on the property. There is a two pet maximum per property and non-refundable pet fees will apply. Please call for details.
What is included in each furnished temporary unit?
Each unit includes furniture, housewares and utilities package. For a detailed list, please refer to our Features and Amenities tab. Also, additional furniture and housewares, housekeeping service and/or upgraded cable is available and at an additional cost.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made after 48 hours of confirmation will be charged a $250 cancellation fee. A charge equal to your complete confirmed reservation will be made if cancellation is made five days (5 days) or less prior to the arrival date on the confirmed reservation. If CORPORATE HOUSING ASSOCIATES, LP is able to rebook your entire reservation, a charge will not be assessed.
