- Living room furnished with sofa, loveseat or club chair, coffee table, end table, lamp, television and stand
- Telephone service with metro line (allows local calls, but no long distance calls without personal calling card or credit card)
- Master bedroom furnished with king or queen sized bed, nightstand, dresser/armoire and mirror.
- Each additional bedroom has two twin beds, nightstand and dresser/armoire
- All bed and bath linens, including extra blankets
- Dining room tables seat from four to six people
- Two full size televisions with basic cable
- Ironing board, iron, vacuum, broom and dust pan
- Full size washer and dryer
- Private patio/balcony with outside storage
- Some units have wood burning fireplace
- All utilities included (electricity, water, cable, gas and telephone)
