What is the difference between a furnished apartment, a corporate apartment, and a serviced apartment/flat?
They are all the same! All include furniture, housewares (linens/dishes, etc.), TV(s), washer/dryer or onsite facility, utilities (electric, gas, water), streaming TV, and WI-FI — everything needed for a comfortable stay!
What sizes are available with MCHA?
1, 2, 3, even 4 bedrooms or more can be located in most areas.
What is included in the rate?
Each apartment/flat includes base rent, furniture and housewares packages, TV(s), cable, WI-FI, washer/dryer (or laundry facility), and water, gas & electricity.
Do you connect utilities? WI-FI? Cable?

What is the difference between an Airbnb housing option and an MCHA housing option?
The MCHA Team incorporates over 60 years’ combined experience efficiently organizing furnishings and utilities, arrivals, departures, and handling customer care 24/7. In addition, MCHA locations are vetted as well as multi-point inspected so you avoid any unwanted surprises!
What’s the difference between a hotel and MCHA furnished options?
Hotel rooms average 125 sq. ft., while MCHA accommodations average 650 sq. ft. (1bed/1bath), 1000 sq. ft (2beds/2baths), and larger on 3-4 bedrooms. MCHA locations have separate living, dining, and bedroom(s), full-sized kitchens, and most include washer/dryer ensuite. Corporate apartments are available near your selected school, and terms range from 7 days to 7 years (30-day average). Rates are based on size, term, and area, never per person.

CHA accommodations have no limits because we find the location that best suits your needs around the globe!
What can I expect the rate to be on a corporately furnished, all-inclusive apartment?
Rates vary depending on the length of stay, location, and size needed with rates lower than comparable hotels.
Are taxes charged on a corporate apartment?
Taxes vary by location but 30-day or longer terms taxes are typically avoided.
Can you accommodate special requests, like ground level, nice view, handicap accessible, housekeeping, or a specific area of a city?
YES! MCHA will customize your reservation to suit your specific needs and preferences.
How do I get started in my search for a furnished place?
How do I make a reservation?
Once you’re ready, we’ll forward our application and lease securely online to lock in your reservation and your initial invoice is sent (1st invoice is due prior to arrival).
Who controls the temperature in my furnished accommodation?
Guests have complete control over the thermostat!
What forms of payment are accepted?
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or upon approval, direct billing is available to companies.
What can I typically expect upon move in?
Arrival instructions will have been received and keys easily accessible, accommodations will be cleaned, inspected, and prepared especially for you – and no worries: you’ll have our 24/7 customer care contact information handy!
What time do I check-in?
Check-in is 4:00 (1600 hours) p.m. Early check-in may be available on a case-by-case basis.
What time do I check out? Is anything else required of me?
Check-out is 11:00 (1100 hours) a.m., however, later departures may be able to be accommodated (case by case basis). MCHA does ask that you report any maintenance needed prior to or upon departure to help us better assist the guest.
