Kingwood, TX is a suburb about thirty miles northeast of downtown Houston. This fourteen-thousand-acre master planned community is a perfect blend of green space and water as it is located near Lake Houston. What was once envisioned as a small town has grown to be one of the most sought-after suburbs in the area.

Industries such as education and healthcare dominate Kingwood’s economy, which is also boosted by numerous retail shops and a variety of restaurants. Kingwood’s location puts its guests within an hour of a number of nearby business districts including the Woodlands, Katy, Cy-Fair, Downtown Houston, Uptown Houston, and more.

MCHA is happy to accommodate business travelers who require corporate housing in the Kingwood area with lodging that best fits their needs. Whether a client prefers to be closer to the water, closer to the main highways that lead into downtown, or in a quieter corner of town, we are here to help find the right fit for their stay. Regardless of the location, our fully furnished corporate housing features the conveniences of home, including a kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals, a private washer and dryer in every accommodation, as well as other key amenities.

About Kingwood

Although the Kingwood community has been annexed to be part of the City of Houston, it is lovingly referred to as the Livable Forest by residents. This is largely due to the abundance of foliage, trees, and wildlife in the area. It is not uncommon to see deer, birds of prey, squirrels, opossums, raccoons, armadillos, and more once dusk begins to fall.

Despite the abundant wildlife here, Kingwood features fantastic mom and pop shops, restaurants, golfing, water sports, and more. After the long workday is done, take advantage of nearby golf courses or a lakeside meal with gorgeous scenery as the sun sets. For those that want to explore local nature areas, Kingwood features roughly one hundred miles of greenbelt trails that are paved and wind through the community’s neighborhoods. The greenbelt is perfect for walkers, joggers, and bikers.
